Congratulations!  You’re Engaged!

After the happy couple announces their wonderful news to family and friends, the future bride and groom should then start thinking about what type or style of wedding they would like to plan.
Do you fantasize about a formal affair with a band and flowers everywhere, or do you prefer a more intimate get-together with your closest family and friends?  Where do you want to get married?  In a church or synagogue?  Or in a beautiful garden or historic home?

These are the kinds of questions the to-be husband and wife should take serious time to think about and answer together.  Write down your thoughts as they come to mind, and before you know it, you’ll start to develop a theme for your day.  Once you have some basic ideas of the wedding day of your dreams, the next step is developing a budget.
